In 2004, we saw a need for a trash and recycling service in Pueblo, Pueblo West, and the Mesa, and we opened our doors with one trash truck, a bunch of containers, and a vision to provide quality, reliable recycling services. Today, C&C serves over 10,000 residents, has grown to a fleet of 30 trucks, employs over 40 people, and is arguably one of the best-known local trash haulers.
Family-owned and operated, the C&C Disposal owners are Pueblo natives. Raising their family here, they know the importance of a solid reputation and are known for standing by their word.

C&C Disposal is always looking for qualified talent to help grow our business. Common positions include customer service representatives, route drivers, transport drivers, and Portolet drivers, to name a few. Please note that interested route drivers need to have at least a Class B drivers license; while transport drivers need Class A.
